COURSE SELECTION
Your choices of study options are crucial and include course, destination and institution. We help you make these decisions taking into consideration your individual circumstances such as academic needs, vocational experiences and financial background. Our aim is to ensure your long-term goals and career aspirations are fully met.
GAINING ADMISSION
Navigating the admission process of different education institutions can be confusing. We liaise directly with the relevant institution admission offices on your behalf, ensuring the admission process is handled efficiently throughout the process ensuring you get all the timely updates.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Through our partnerships with leading service providers, we can take care of all your travel needs including air ticketing, foreign exchange and travel insurance.
STUDENT VISA
We provide complete assistance with the student visa applications process. We guide you as to what documentation is required, we lodge the application for you, and then coordinate the visa on your behalf with the specific visa office.

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT?
When you first meet us, your counselor will talk to you about
- Your education and experience, interests, timeline, budget and career or migration goals.
- Courses that match your needs.
- The application process and timeline.
- Your visa and its match for your intentions.
- Upcoming information events that might be of interest to you.
SUBMITTING YOUR STUDY APPLICATIONS
We will supply the institution course application documents and institution program guides, as well as compile your applications and certify supporting documents.
We will then take care of sending your application to your university or institution of choice.
You may be invited to meet education institution representatives who will assess your application and determine your eligibility for the course.
You may also have the opportunity to discuss course structures and graduate outcomes in our education seminars.
RESPONSE FROM THE STUDY PROVIDER
You will receive a response from the school or university within two to six weeks of your application being submitted.
When you are offered a place in a course, you will receive an offer letter.
ACCEPTANCE AND PAYMENT
If there are no conditions on your offer letter, you may accept the offer immediately.
Examples of conditions that could be specified in the offer letter include supplying a new IELTS test result, an academic transcript of your recently completed study, or certified documents.
You can accept the offer, with a deposit being paid directly to the school or university that has made the offer.
Throughout the process, your counselor will be with you to guide you and help make it easy.
VISA APPLICATION

Sometimes applying for visas can feel like a difficult process, but our team is here to make sure you have access to all the correct information.
WHEN SHOULD YOU APPLY FOR YOUR STUDENT VISA?
You can generally begin your student visa application once you receive confirmation of your enrolment in your chosen school or university.
It is best to apply as early as possible, regardless of when your program is due to start, as visa processing times can vary.
HOW DO YOU APPLY FOR A STUDENT VISA?
There are several steps to apply for a student visa. The order of these steps and how you complete them may vary according to where you are planning to study.
Most students will require:
- Proof of enrolment in a recognized educational institution.
- Proof of your capacity to cover the cost of air fares, course tuition fees and living costs for you and your family members for the duration of your stay.
- A passport valid for at least six months beyond your period of stay.
- You may also be required to show evidence of your English language proficiency and undertake health examinations and/or police checks.

PRE-DEPARTURE SUPPORT
Our counselors are always available to answer your queries and help settle your nerves and we host pre-departure briefings throughout the year to help you prepare for life in your new country.
These pre-departure orientation sessions will help you navigate personal and cultural growth opportunities while you’re abroad.
WORKING WHILE YOU STUDY AND ADVICE ON INTERNSHIPS
Working while you study can help complement your study and living experience. We’ll discuss how to stay within the rules of your student visa and give you some tips on finding a good student job plus much more practical guidance and support.

It’s important that you have some knowledge of local culture and customs before arriving in your study country. This will ease your transition into the community and help you interact with your new classmates more effectively. If you're planning to study overseas, we have a range of extra support services, known as Red Kite Student Essentials, to help you settle into your new country.
For many international students, health insurance is mandatory and a requirement for your visa or to register for your classes. Speak to your Red Kite counselor about what is required for your visa and study country.
Stay protected with the right cover. Your Red Kite counselor will guide you through the application. They’ll explain the different features and pricing to help you choose cover that suits you.
Protecting your health is easy with Red Kite. Once you’ve chosen a provider together, your Red Kite counselor will help you complete the paperwork and you’ll receive your visa verification certificate via email. Simple!
