SKILLED MIGRATION / PERMANENT RESIDENCE

CONSULTATION &
INITIAL ASSESSMENT

This service consists of an initial assessment of your current circumstances to understand your immigration objectives and the nature of the assistance you are seeking.

The consultation & initial assessment allows us to gather the relevant facts of your case to be able to provide you with accurate immigration advice about your visa options.

We will analyze the most up to date International migration law and policy to provide you with advice on the legal complexities applicable to your case.

During the consultation we will explore and determine:

  • Possible visa options
  • Best migration strategy and migration roadmap.
  • General eligibility
  • Likelihood of approval
  • Possible pitfalls or shortcomings to be overcome
  • Visa cost
  • Visa processing times
  • Visa conditions

Following the consultation, we discuss how to proceed with your visa application.

  • Personalized assessment of your circumstances to determine your eligibility, best migration pathway and possible challenges of issues to be overcome.
  • Advise on the documentary evidence to support your application.
  • Documentation review, providing feedback on each of the documents to be included in the application.
  • Filling your application forms and drafting legal submissions to the Department.
  • Liaising with the Department and relevant Authorities on your behalf and until your application is decided.

THE PROCESS

Based on what you tell us, we can undertake a ‘Preliminary Assessment’ of your eligibility or provide an ‘Estimate of Cost’ for our professional services.

HOW MUCH
DOES IT COST?

Representation fees vary depending on your migration matter, the visa you are applying for and your unique circumstances.

Because each case is different and presents unique challenges, a consultation & Initial Assessment of your circumstances may be required for us to understand your expectations and migration goals.

Following a consultation, if you believe we can help and we decide to work together, you will know up front what we will do and how much it will cost you. This will take the form of an ‘Agreement for Services and Fees’ which will be written confirmation of the costs specified in the ‘Fee Estimate’.
