Sought for her expertise and adept business handling, she has been the face of all major luxury hospitality and corporate groups in identification and recruitment of key talent across multi-disciplinary functions, being an extension of their tactical corporate HR platform representing global clients.
A distinguished alumna of WGHSA 12th Course (1998-2001) and a University Rank Holder, she graduated with outstanding rank credentials receiving Scholarships for excellence in F&B Service, F&B Production, and Accommodation Operations. She was awarded scholarships for being the ‘Best Outstanding Student in F&B Service & F&B Production’ in 1998, 1999 & 2000 and held 1st Class with Distinction across all subjects. She topped F&B Service, Accommodation Operations, F&B Production, and Environmental Studies 1998, 1999, 2000 & 2001.Post WGSHA, she was selected for the Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management (PGDHM) 2001 Batch at Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development (OCLD).
A dynamic and accomplished professional in the hospitality and aviation industry, she has spent 20 years across both sectors having worked at some of the best companies in India, USA & Australia handling senior management roles in business development & marketing communications for Air Sahara/ Jetlite, Lufthansa A.E.R.O Tecknik in USA, SpiceJet Limited, Taj Hotels, Punj Lloyd Aviation/Air Works, Skypac Aviation in Australia & KEL.

Arjuun is an alumnus of IHM Mumbai (1994 Batch) & University of Ballarat, Australia (2001 Batch). He has a rich career spanning over 25 years in hospitality and leadership consulting. Having worked with leading hotel brands across Australia, UAE & India, he is a stickler for quality in delivery, efficiency and continuous improvement. He has been instrumental in starting various new projects and setting up systems for their smooth functioning, as well as putting together result orientated teams and leading them to provide quality service in order to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
A ‘people person’ with a ‘never give up’ attitude, he understands people and has a knack of identifying talent and matching them with the right opportunities. For him there is never a ‘cut copy paste’ option. Every client, every candidate is unique and what works for one may not work for other. For every assignment, he places himself in clients place, understand what is needed and comes up with a range of unique solutions for every problem.

Nures heads Marketing strategy at Red Kite Consulting. He is a Master in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. He started his career in 1983 with Everest Advertising, an affiliate of Saatchi and Saatchi Worldwide. Thereafter he moved to Enterprise in 1986, set up their unit in Delhi and positioned it among the top creative hot shops in the country. He then moved to Lintas in 1993 as General Manager and overviewed the management of key accounts like ITC, ICI, Philips and Shaw Wallace. Returned to Enterprise in 1995 as Executive Director and managed its growth in a critical period when the company tied-up with Lowe Worldwide. He also spearheaded its diversification into integrated communications.
In 1998 Nures was back in Lintas to set up SSC&B Lintas Delhi, an agency that has won some of the most coveted awards for creativity in the international arena and launched a host of successful brands. Nures moved to SpiceJet Airlines in 2005 and developed the complete look and feel of this new brand launched in India in May 2005. Having being involved in the advisory board of ACL since its conceptualization, Nures joined full time in 2006 as the CMO and was spearheading brand development and marketing initiatives for its mobile internet ventures.

Sameer heads Operational Excellence & Quantum Hire at Red Kite Consulting. He is a Customer Experience, Training and Quality professional with over two decades of experience across Hospitality , Retail , Dairy and E Commerce.
He has held multiple challenging assignments relating to Customer Experience improvements through People, Processes and systems : Brand and Service standards upliftment, Best Practices development and sharing (Innovation), Employee Training and Development system and its Delivery, SOP development and improvement, Customer feedback management, Quality Systems development and implementation (including measurement and improvement of efficiency and effectiveness outcomes) , Quality Audits , implementation and improvement of the Tata Business Excellence model (TBEM- Based on the US Baldrige program) and creation and control of leisure experiences across hotels.
In a career span across the Hospitality, he has worked with the Taj Group of Hotels, Burj Al Arab ( Dubai) and IHG (Intercontinental Hotels Group). He headed the Business Excellence function of the Taj Leisure Hotels SBU (35 Hotels) before joining IHG as the Quality and Continuous improvement head for South West Asia Hotels. In his other assignments, he headed the Business Excellence function for NDDB ( National Dairy development Board) Dairy services, headed business process reengineering and transformation function at Sahara Q Shop and helped bring significant improvements in Customer Experience, Sellers experience and Supply Chain Operations at Snapdeal.

Saibal heads real estate transaction advisory services at Red Kite Consulting. He carries a rich experience of over 25 years in the Hospitality domain. He has worked as General Manager with some of the best known hotels brands including the Taj Hotels, Resorts & Palaces (IHCL), Four Point Sheraton Lalit & Sarovar. He was also a part of the core management team heading the Business Development activities of UMIL hotels for expansion of the Howard Johnson Brand in India.
